Student Conduct and Responsibility
DriveSchool TNC prioritizes the safety of its students and instructors. Students are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during lessons. We are not liable for accidents or incidents that occur outside the scope of scheduled lessons.
Students are required to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
Any form of abusive or unsafe behavior by students, whether towards the instructor, other students, or anyone else, will not be tolerated. DriveSchool TNC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate lessons in such cases.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate documentation (e.g., learner's permit) for their driving lessons.
Refunds are available only if cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the total cost.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where DriveSchool TNC is based. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
